Vitae Arete is operated by Jason Fee, MS, RDN, LDN ("I," "me," "my"). This Privacy Policy explains what information I collect from visitors to vitaearete.com, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Pre-launch note. Paid clinical consultations begin May 2026. Until then, the site collects only waitlist, newsletter, contact, and calculator-capture information. It does not process protected health information (PHI) and is not a HIPAA-covered service.

I do not sell your information. I do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies & Tracking

The site uses a minimal set of cookies, primarily from Google Analytics, to distinguish unique visitors and measure engagement. You can disable cookies in your browser or install a GA opt-out extension; the site will continue to function.

Data Retention

Waitlist and contact submissions are retained until you request deletion or a reasonable period following the purpose for which you provided them. Analytics data is retained per Google's default settings (currently 14 months).

Children's Privacy

The site is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me and I will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
