Annual Wellness Partnerships are flat-fee, tier-based: $36,000 (Growth), $66,000 (Mid-Market), $114,000 (Enterprise) — billed annually. Executive Advisory Retainer is $8,500/month. Workshops range from $3,500 (virtual) to $15,000 (in-person full-day). All pricing is fixed before signature; no clock-billing.

Yes. Mid-Market includes 1 executive at $1,250/mo for additional. Enterprise includes 3 executives at $1,000/mo for additional. Workshops can be added to any tier at standard rates ($3.5K virtual / $8.5K half-day / $15K full-day in-person).
Yes. Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA. Aggregate engagement metrics may be referenced for benchmarking but no individual employee data is ever shared. Client identification requires explicit written consent.
Annual Wellness Partnerships are 12-month terms with a 90-day notice for cause. Pro-rata refund of unearned annual fee on for-cause termination. All confidentiality obligations survive termination.
Yes. Corporate engagements are advisory and consultative — not direct clinical care — so the Florida licensure footprint that applies to individual nutrition counseling does not apply to corporate work. Engagements have spanned 15+ industries nationwide.
