About the Author

Jason Fee, MS, RDN, LDN

A clinical dietitian and the author of three evidence-based nutrition titles. Jason trained through a clinical residency at VCU Health and spent years as an oncology and executive-health dietitian at AdventHealth — sitting with patients through chemo and radiation, and advising founders, C-suite leaders, and professional athletes.

He writes the books he couldn't find on the shelf: rigorous, practical, and grounded in what actually happens at the bedside — for patients, the caregivers feeding them, and high performers alike.
