Performance nutrition
for lives with no margin
for wasted effort.
Private clinical nutrition engagement for executives, founders, and high-performing professionals. Biomarker-guided, schedule-adaptive, and built around measurable outcomes — not generic wellness advice.
Founding rates open now · First sessions begin June 2026
Built around your life — not the other way around.
Most executives have already worked with doctors, trainers, and wellness coaches. What's missing isn't more generalists — it's clinical rigor that adapts to your calendar, your biomarkers, and the way you actually live.
Biomarker-guided
Labs drive the plan. Metabolic, inflammatory, and performance markers reviewed each quarter.
Schedule-adaptive
Meal planning for travel, hospitality, back-to-backs — not a static diet sheet.
Priority access
Direct response and same-day turnaround on questions between sessions.
Capacity, not hours
A fixed client cap preserves the depth and responsiveness the engagement requires.
A 90-day plan, revisited every quarter.
The engagement is structured as a 90-day performance cycle with quarterly reassessment — because meaningful change in body composition, biomarkers, and cognitive performance takes more than a single consultation.
90-day performance plan
Quarterly reassessment tied to objective markers — body composition, labs, and performance indicators you care about.
Biomarker-guided strategy
Metabolic, inflammatory, and performance markers integrated with nutrition and body-composition targets.
Travel & hospitality planning
Protocols for business travel, restaurants, client dinners, and the reality of high-demand schedules.
Cognitive & physical performance
Nutrition designed around sustained cognitive output, recovery, and the physical demands of executive life.
Priority async access
Direct response on questions between sessions. Same-day turnaround. No portal queues.
GLP-1 integration (optional)
For executives using GLP-1 therapy, the plan incorporates muscle preservation, dosing-day logistics, and long-term maintenance.

Performance, measured.
Every Executive engagement is grounded in objective markers — not how you feel, how you sleep, or what your last executive physical glossed over. Before your 90-day plan is built, I order a comprehensive biomarker panel for you through my Fullscript / Rupa Health practitioner portal (you don't self-order — these are clinician-ordered labs, customized to your goals).
Guideline-supported markers
Fasting glucose, fasting insulin (HOMA-IR), A1C, full lipid panel with ApoB (ESC/EAS Class I) and Lp(a) (measure once per lifetime, ESC/EAS), uric acid, GGT, hs-CRP (ACC/AHA risk enhancer) — the markers that predict cardiovascular events and metabolic dysfunction.
Guideline-supported markers
TSH and free T4 — the ATA- and AACE-recommended first-line thyroid assessment. If TSH is abnormal, thyroid antibodies (TPO) and free T3 are added as reflexive follow-up. No reverse T3 — not supported by any mainstream endocrine guideline.
Guideline-supported markers
Vitamin D 25-OH (Endocrine Society rec. for at-risk populations), B12, folate, serum magnesium, ferritin, homocysteine (functional B-vitamin status marker). The silent deficiencies that correlate with cognitive fatigue, mood instability, and impaired recovery.
Available with physician collaboration
Testosterone, estradiol, cortisol, SHBG, and related markers — ordered through Rupa's physician oversight network for patients with documented symptoms. Not a screening panel; interpretation requires physician co-management. Discussed in your first session if clinically indicated.
Executive health, from inside the system.
I built my practice inside one of the largest health systems in the country — working with leadership, VIP patients, and corporate executive-health clients before launching Vitae Arete. My Fortune 500 and VIP roster spans industries: U.S. and foreign government officials, entertainment, hospitality, professional sports, and global food-service operators.
What that background gives you is pattern recognition. Most of what keeps executives from their goals isn't a knowledge gap — it's a system-design problem. The plan has to survive travel, late dinners, jet lag, and the cost of cognitive fatigue. That's what this engagement is built for.
8 founding-member slots. June 2026.
The Executive Performance Membership is capped at 8 active members. Founding members lock $1,300/month (vs. $1,500 standard) for 12 months — with quarterly comprehensive panels, an annual hormone panel, Oura Ring 4, and 2 × 30-day CGM diagnostic cycles per year all included, plus same-day async access from day one.

Common questions, honest answers
The engagement is built around capacity, not session count. I cap at 8 active clients to preserve same-day response, direct access, and the depth of analysis each plan requires. The price reflects the access model, not just the hour.
After a discovery call, onboarding includes a comprehensive biomarker review, a performance and lifestyle intake, and a 90-day plan with quarterly reassessment. Everything is delivered telehealth with optional in-person availability in Central Florida.
For select long-term engagements, yes — arranged on a case basis. Most clients operate fully remotely via secure video.
Yes. Many executive clients are on GLP-1 therapy. The plan incorporates muscle preservation, dosing-day logistics, and long-term maintenance — see the GLP-1 page for more detail.
Engagements are private-pay. Many clients use HSA/FSA. Superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement are available on request.
