These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vitaearete.com (the "Site") and any related services provided by Jason Fee, MS, RDN, LDN, doing business as Vitae Arete ("I," "me," "my"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Important. The Site is informational. It does not provide medical advice, and using it does not create a dietitian-client, physician-patient, or any other professional relationship. See the Disclaimer for details.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use. Specifically, you agree not to:

Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
Submit false or misleading information through any form.
Use the Site to transmit unsolicited commercial communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, calculators, photographs, and the Vitae Arete name and mark — is the property of Jason Fee or the respective rights-holders and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, publish, or redistribute any content without prior written permission.

Products & Services

Guides and publications

The GLP-1 Nutrition Survival Guide is sold through Gumroad. The Cancer Treatment Nutrition Guide is sold through Amazon. Purchases are governed by the terms and refund policies of those platforms. I do not handle payment or delivery for either guide directly through this Site.

Consultations

Paid clinical consultations begin May 2026. When they open, consultations will be offered on a private-pay basis under a separate Services Agreement provided at or before the time of booking. Joining the waitlist does not itself create an obligation on your part or a service commitment on mine.

Corporate & healthcare-system consulting

Engagements with organizations are governed by a separate written agreement between Vitae Arete and the organization. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to contract in the absence of such an agreement.

No Medical Advice; No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Content on the Site — including the protein calculator, ROI estimator, articles, and any responses to general inquiries — is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for individualized medical or nutrition advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See the full Disclaimer.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites (Gumroad, Amazon, Calendly, and others). I do not control those sites and am not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jason Fee and Vitae Arete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or any amount you paid to Vitae Arete in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jason Fee and Vitae Arete from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
